  User Experience

  I facilitate workshops and run quantitative and qualitative research to clarify business goals and discover user needs. I then create and test concepts and lightweight prototypes to ensure that my team is creating a user-centered solution that provides tangible business value.

  Product Design

  I collaborate with companies to define their product vision, and work through various stages of the product development process—from sketching to low and high fidelity prototyping-- to gradually build and test each product.

  Service Design

  I work with brands and companies to not only improve their customer-facing touchpoints, but to help develop backend systems that increase employee efficiency and reduce overhead as well.
